Squat, Squat and Squat

This one is for all the lazy butts out there: I know squatting is a troublesome workout, but if you dream to achieve a sexy butt, you need to take some trouble. Squat daily, and squat as much as you can; it’s the secret of having the perfect butt.

Here’s how you do it:



Tone your calves by jogging daily


After squatting, comes Jogging. If your daily life doen’t involve much of walking or running, it’s a warning sign for you! Besides making you vulnerable to cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, a sedentary lifestyle also severely affects your butts! Lounging all day long in the chair(at home or at your workplace) leads to a flabby bottom. It’s doesn’t look good from the standpoint of sexual attractiveness. The solution comes in the form of Jogging. Jog at least 10 minutes a day in the privacy of your room (in morning before leaving for work, or at night before going to bed). You will start noticing the change within a week.

Workout your thighs and waist more than your hips

Men prefer butts that are chubby and bouncy. The secret To achieveing  that curvelicious butt is working out your waist and thighs more than your butts. Have sufficient diet, and let some fat deposit on your butts. Then work out to make your waist, thighs, and upper body slimmer while leaving your butt chubby. Trust me…it will give you a killer look. You’ll appear curvy and rounded.

According to the evolution theories, men have always preferred women with curvy hips because it signals healthy reproductive system.

Dance

Like it or not, dance is the best form of exercise! It works out each and every part of your body, including hips. Apart from squatting and jogging, doing daily dancing can help you enhance the beauty of your butts, and endow you with a proportioned body. Dance daily. If you’re uncomfortable with dancing on stage, or with friends, dance in the privacy of your room. Lock the doors, put on your favorite pair of lingerie and do a strip tease in front of the mirror. Try out giving killer poses with your butts. Shake it like crazy. You’ll be surprised at the results.
