Tone your calves by jogging daily
After squatting, comes Jogging. If your daily life doen’t
involve much of walking or running, it’s a warning sign for you! Besides making
you vulnerable to cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, a sedentary lifestyle
also severely affects your butts! Lounging all day long in the chair(at home or

Dance
Like it or not, dance is the best form of exercise! It works out each and every part of your body, including hips. Apart

butts, and endow you with a proportioned body. Dance daily. If you’re
uncomfortable with dancing on stage, or with friends, dance in the privacy of
your room. Lock the doors, put on your favorite pair of lingerie and do a strip tease
in front of the mirror. Try out giving killer poses with your butts. Shake it
like crazy. You’ll be surprised at the results.
